Billy has over 20 years of experience in the real estate, land management, and land development industry. He founded Work Horse Land Development with the goal of creating exceptional communities that enhance the quality of life for residents. Billy is involved in every aspect of the business, from project management to client relations.
CODY COOKE
Partner and COO
Cody Cooke, an Electrical Engineering graduate from Iowa State, transitioned from technical sales at Texas Instruments to global sales management of a team of 20+ worldwide. Cody is expanding into real estate and land development operations. Cody's future goals center on process optimization, team empowerment, and business enhancement through automation, emphasizing continuous skill development for himself and his team.
JIM BOO
Partner and Realtor
Jim has 30+ years in real estate sales and development expertise. Working as our key lead generator, he seems to know everyone. Leading our marketing efforts and making strong connections for our team is the perfect place for this former professional hockey player. Jim is a MN & WI Real Estate Salesperson licensed with eXp Realty.
TERRA WEBBER
