TANNERS LAKE
The proposed project will be comprised of a market rate apartment building with underground parking at the north end, two-story townhomes at the southeast with enclosed and surface parking and a one-story lakeside amenity building. The market rate apartment building will be approximately 114 dwelling units offering a full spectrum of unit types from Studios up to Three Bedrooms and amenity space opening up to the exterior at the south end with a patio and steps to the boathouse.
There will be tenant storage within the building including bike storage and maintenance space as well as bike racks at the main entry. The surrounding grounds will be improved with landscaping and paving to create attractive outdoor space and circulation in addition to surface parking.
The townhomes will be comprised of Two Bedroom and Three Bedroom, two-story buildings with garages setback from Tanners Lake with surface parking and landscaping to the west. A signature boardwalk lining the lakeshore along a significant portion of the lake edge on the east side will be featured. The townhomes will also be situated within landscaped areas and green space.
